Store your bag inside its dust bag when not in use. Avoid over-filling so the silhouette retains its original structure. If your item becomes wet, gently blot away moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally at room temperature.
Many of our leathers—whether Vohandas-made or curated—develop a natural patina over time. Because of the artisanal dyeing and finishing processes used by both our ateliers and our partner brands, a slight transfer of colour may occur when rubbed, especially in humid environments. This is most common with suede and suede-like textures. Please take care when pairing with light-coloured garments.Fabric and canvas pieces may display small variations or natural markings that reflect the character of the material. These subtle imperfections are part of their charm. Certain richly dyed textiles may also transfer colour, so we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with light-coloured clothing.
We recommend periodic gentle cleaning with a soft cloth or brush appropriate for the material. Professional care may be required for specialty leathers or intricate designs. For Vohandas-made bags, we offer guidance and support to help maintain your piece. Curated partner-brand items may be eligible for their respective brand care services as well.

To maintain its beauty and prolong the life of its plating, we recommend the following care guidelines.

- Polish lightly using a soft, non-abrasive or jewelry-safe cloth
- Ensure the chain is fully dry before storing to preserve shine and finish
Order Arrival
Our arrival times are an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and Sale, delivery can take longer. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where to find it. It might be stored in a safe place or you will receive details on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.
