Returns
Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1. Locate Your Order
If you have a Vohandas account, sign in, select 'Order History', then locate and select the order you wish to return or exchange.
Guest orders and orders received as gifts may be found by checking your confirmation email or by using the prepaid label included in your order package.

2. Start a Return or Exchange & Print Your Return Label
Once you've located your order, select Start a Return or Exchange and follow the instructions to print your label. Upon completion, you will receive an email with tracking information, as well as a copy of your label in case it is misplaced.

3. Affix Return Label
Affix the return label to your package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually. Please obtain a tracking number and a receipt from the carrier for your records.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you return an item within 30 days of the item being delivered to you or made available for collection at your nominated store or collection point, we'll give you a refund by way of the original payment method.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch : customer@vohandas.com
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item into our warehouse.
Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the U.S.
