RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund under the following conditions:

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Returned with original packaging, tags, and any accessories included with the purchase

How to Process a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team at customer@vohandas.com.
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization considerations, pierced jewelry, personalized or custom pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Support Team within 7 days of delivery at customer@vohandas.com.
with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
