How does the pre-order payment work?

To reserve your piece, you pay 50% at checkout. The remaining 50% is collected once your order ships. This structure reflects our made-for-you approach and ensures we create only what is truly needed.

What does placing a pre-order mean?

A pre-order reserves an item that is currently being made in a limited batch. It lets you secure your piece before it becomes available to the public and helps guide our small-batch production so nothing is created in excess.

When will my pre-order ship?

Each product page includes an estimated shipping window. Small-batch production may vary slightly, but we stay close to our timeline and keep you updated along the way.

When is the remaining balance charged?

Once your piece is ready to ship, you’ll receive a notification. The remaining 50% is then processed, and your order begins its journey to you.

Can I modify or cancel a pre-order?

Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order?

Yes. In-stock items ship first. Your pre-order ships once production is complete and the final payment is received.

Do pre-order items follow the same return policy?

Yes. All pre-order pieces follow our standard return guidelines.

How do I check the status of my pre-order?

You can follow your piece’s journey by entering your order number through the link included in your order confirmation. This will show you real-time updates as your item moves through production and prepares to ship.

To preserve the shape and quality of your Vohandas piece and our curated partner-brand items, store your bag in its dust bag and avoid overfilling. If it becomes wet, blot gently with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.

Our leathers and textiles are crafted through artisanal processes, which may result in light color transfer, especially in humid conditions or with suede.

Natural variations in fabric and canvas are part of the material’s character and should be expected. For routine care, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Some materials may require professional cleaning.
